B’ LUCIE NAILS LASHES SPA

1. All services are final. No refunds or credit will be applied once service is started.

2. Gel Polish/Dip Powder/Acrylic: We must be contacted within 5 days from service in order to evaluate the nail issue(s). If the issue was caused by B'Lucie Nails, we will fix it for free. All repairs must be completed within 5 days after contacting us. If the issue was not caused by B'Lucie Nails, the fix will incur additional charges.

3. Regular Polish: We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.

4. Group Reservations: For groups of 3 or more, credit card information must be supplied in order to book an appointment. Any changes or cancellations to the appointment(s) must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service date to avoid any fees. If a change or cancellation to an appointment is requested with less than 48 hours to the service date, the credit card on file will be charged the minimum service cost for each changed or cancelled service.

5. Payments and Deposits: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for services which require a payment or deposit prior to the date of service, such as but not limited to; workshops or B'Lucie and Spa Parties, can be subjected to total payment of the service(s) requested. No shows for services which require a payment or deposit prior to the date of service cannot be returned, refunded, or given store credit. No shows will be considered as services rendered and all deposits will be forfeited.

6. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to add gratuities for technicians through credit cards

7. Service Prices: All service prices listed are subject to change at the time of service. Please confirm pricing at the time of service.

8. Late Arrivals: At B'Lucie we offer a 15-minute grace period beginning at the time of the appointment. Any arrivals after the grace period has expired will be considered as a "walk-in" customer and will be attended to in the order in which they arrived. If a specific technician was requested during booking, late arrival could result in services being rendered by the first available nail technician.

9. Kid Services: To qualify for the discounted pricing listed under Kids Services, children must be 10 years of age or younger.

10. B'Lucie Nails is not responsible for any personal items that have been lost or damaged during the services. Take care of your personal belongings carefully.

11. Gift cards are available for sale. It cannot be exchanged or returned. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.
